PlanetLab Europe Support maintains the PlanetLab Europe infrastructure and provides support to the third parties affected by PlanetLab experiments and researchers who conduct experiments.

In addition to the support provided, sites also have responsibilities for their sites upkeep and operation.

The PlanetLab Europe support team is composed of engineers from the Université Pierre et Marie Curie (UPMC), the Institut National de Recherche en Informatique et en Automatique (INRIA) and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (HUJI).
